Information submitted through inquiries, reservation accounts, and lesson bookings is used to provide those services and necessary communication.
Information collected
We collect information such as name, email, phone, area, age or status, preferences, inquiry content, display language, account authentication data, reservation times and status, and technical submission data.
Purpose of use
To answer inquiries, suggest trial dates, explain courses, authenticate accounts, accept and change lesson reservations, administer bookings, and operate the services safely.
Reservation system
The reservation system uses a dedicated Cloudflare-hosted database to manage authentication, account profiles, lesson times, and reservation status. Regular users can act only on their own reservations, and administrative access is limited to accounts designated by the school.
Website analytics
The production site may use Google Analytics to measure pages viewed, trial-form views and accepted submissions, and use of LINE and telephone links. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and inquiry messages entered in the form are not sent to analytics.
Security and disclosure
We aim to manage information appropriately. We do not disclose it outside its purpose without consent, except where required by law.
Your access, correction, and deletion requests
If you request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, we will respond after confirming your identity.
